Suzy founded the company to help clients improve their organizational health and be successful in human resources, people development, and strategic planning. She is professionally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Everything DiSC Trainer, and Balanced Scorecard Master Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a Business minor from Campbell University.
Debbie has over 20 years of human resources experience in global human resources, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and Affirmative Action Programs. She also has expertise in due diligence and employee engagement associated with M & A activity. Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Carson-Newman University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Latrice has over 10 years of human resources experience in recruiting, employee relations, and policy development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Meredith College. Latrice is also an accomplished real estate agent and broker.
Taylor is an experienced strategic and innovative HR professional who translates business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. She received her Master’s in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Pennsylvania State University, obtained her SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification, and is a Certified Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association.
