She is professionally certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Everything DiSC Trainer, and Balanced Scorecard Master Professional. She earned a BA degree in Government with a Business minor from Campbell University.
Debbie has over 30 years of human resources experience (multiple VP roles) in US and global human resources, total rewards, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance. She also has expertise in due diligence and employee engagement associated with M&A activity. Debbie holds a BA in Psychology from Carson-Newman University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Taylor is an experienced strategic and innovative HR professional who translates business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. She received her Master’s in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Pennsylvania State University, BBA from Coker University, obtained her SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification, and is a Certified Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association. Taylor is a SHRM Instructor through University of South Carolina Continuing Education.
Kelli is a senior compensation consultant with extensive expertise in building and managing complex compensation systems, including job architecture, compensation planning, base compensation, and incentive plans in the US and internationally. She received her MBA from ECU, BA from UNC-CH, and obtained many certifications: Certified Compensation Professional, Global Remuneration Professional, Certified Benefits Professional, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, and Global Professional in Human Resources.
